(see below Hotel registration link)  We will open the doors @8:30 am with Coffee & Donuts Sponsored by {Vendor Name here}. \nFrom 9am to 10am Tony Adams will start us off with Contemporary Workforce Dynamics: What Does the Data Say and How Do History & Human Biology Play a Role? \nFrom 10am to 3pm Mike Anderson will Present on “Success Today Success Tomorrow” for all Shops. \nWhat does success look like today and what will it look like tomorrow? \nMike Anderson shares insights gleaned from traveling over 300 days a year working with hundreds of shops\, OEM’s\, software companies and his own personal experiences. \nHe’ll discuss moving to a four-day work week\, trends with OEM insurance\, OEM certifications\, and DRP versus non-DRP. \nFind out what ESG is and how it may impact our industry\, trends on customer pay repair orders and why it is CRITICAL to build a relationship with the vehicle owner. \nSpeculate on what the future holds for Innovation in schedulingand how AI may impact that.
