He joined the industry in February 2023 at Tim's Body Worx in Guthrie as a Parts Manager. Prior to the collision repair industry, Alan was an aircraft maintenance and logistics career professional. He is a retired Air Force member and held positions of Aircraft Engine Technician, Technical Training Instructor, Production Supervisor, Command Engine Liaison and Chief of Maintenance and Quality Assurance. After military retirement he was employed as a defense contractor with Northrop Grumman and held positions of Logistics Management Analyst, Project Manager and Program Manager. Alan has attended multiple levels of leadership and management and process improvement courses to include military leadership schools, Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People and the Dale Carnegie Course of Leadership, Communication and Human Relations. He is also a Green Belt in the Lean Six Sigma certification program and has a Bachelors of Science in Professional Aeronautics and minor in Management. He began as a detailer, worked into a collision apprentice then moved into a service advisor role. Bryan wrote service for 4 years before moving to Montana and becoming the assistant body shop manager at a Toyota dealership in 1998. Moving back to Oklahoma in 2012, he began working at Jim Norton Toyota as a service drive manager then shifted back to collision in 2017. He has been the collision center manager, Toyota Certified, since then. Joe and his team maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and proper repairs\/ color matching. Joe's main goal in the association is to push all shops and insurance to practice safe proper repairs and to properly get paid to do them. Joe says \" if we dont\u00a0push forward with these issues now, the collision industry will not be here in another 20 years. He prides himself by always putting in 100% into everything he does.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In 2016 he earned the title of General Manager.\u00a0\u00a0Under his team and leadership, the family business grew to three locations in the Oklahoma City metro area.\u00a0Brian grew up in Midwest City Oklahoma and attended University of Central Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Law and Finance.\u00a0\u00a0Brian also holds certificates from The Vale Institute for Estimating, PPG Paint Maker Certification, I-Car Platinum Certified, and several welding certifications (in Steel GMA, Steel Sectioning, Aluminum GMA).\u00a0\u00a0He also has numerus hands on certifications in MIG Brazing, Squeeze Type Resistance Spot Welding Rivet Bonding, Aluminum Panel Repair, Steel Panel Repair, Hem Flange Panel Replacement, Full Frame Unitized Structure Pulling, and Two Sided plastic repair.\u00a0Not only has Brian been driven to grow his family\u2019s business but community service has always been very important to him. He is an alumni of Leadership Midwest City. He serves on the Mid-Del Auto advisory board and has been asked repeatedly to speak at Mid-Del Senior days on various subjects ranging from vehicle maintenance, steps to take when involved in an auto accident, and how to file an insurance claim.Brain and his wife Lindsay have 3 children Braxton, Blake and Madison.\u00a0\u00a0They keep him quite busy with sports and other activities. He has achieved I-CAR Platinum Individual in several roles, along with earning the ASE Certified Collision Estimator certificate. His shop is I-CAR Gold Class and he holds several I-CAR welding certificates and enjoys any opportunity to work with his hands in the shop.Jeremiah is passionate about the collision repair industry and its future. He has had the privilege of donating three Recycled Rides vehicles to three very deserving veterans. He\u2019s been asked to sit on vocational school advisory boards, where he shares his thoughts on attracting and growing students into the collision repair industry. Jeremiah also enjoys the opportunity to discuss industry challenges and hearing about the successes of his fellow shop owners.When Jeremiah isn\u2019t at the shop doing what he calls \u201cThe Lord\u2019s Work\u201d, he enjoys spending time at the gun range or tinkering with a current gun project. As much pleasure as the shop and the gun range brings him, he enjoys most of all, spending quality time with his Wife and Daughter, preferably on the lake.Jeremiah is honored to be a part of OKABA and hopes he can contribute and give back to the collision repair industry as much or more than it has given him over the years. Rene has mastered the skill of collision repair and successfully manages Edmond Collision \u00a0Auto Group, located in the heart of Edmond, Oklahoma. Rene\u2019s vision is to repair vehicles correctly and provide customers safe vehicles after repairs. Rene is excited to be part of OKABA, which will show unity and collaboration with local companies in the industry. This will help push toward safer repairs for customers and achieve proper payments from the insurance companies.\u00a0Rene is also part of the Kiwanis Club in Edmond, which raises funds for children and teen programs in the state. One event is Aiming for Miracles, a yearly fundraiser that has united many organizations for a great cause. He started as an automotive glass technician and transitioned into an autobody tech for 7 years. Next, he moved into a production and management role where he has been for the last 20 years.Jeremy has been a Bob Moore Auto Group manager since 2016 and believes if you take care of your people, they will take care of your customers. He is excited to be a part of OKABA because he believes that we, as an industry, benefit more together by sharing ideas, education, and information than being competitors.When he is not at the shop, he enjoys time with his wife, Kristy, and three daughters, Kaiya, Jillian, and Mila.
